Return, Exchange & Refund

Classic Packing strives to provide customers with comfortable shopping and cooperating experience as well as excellent customer service, however following points may be noted & helpful if having anything unhappy happened.

Return Policy for WholesaleOrder (In Stock)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return or exchange your product for something else we are happy to do so. The only conditions applying to exchanges or returns are as follows:

All exchanges or returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original packaging).

You must complete your exchanges or returns within 7 days of the date of your order. The customer is responsible for the costs of sending products back to us whilst the replacement products will be sent free of freight.


Any difference in price of the replacement products will be refunded or charged accordingly.


The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.


In most cases we will pay for shipping of new products for you dependent on location.

Please contact us prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.

Exchange for WholesaleOrder  (In Stock)

We will accept exchanges for a different style, size or color if the order has not been shipped. In case has been shipped, you will be required to ship the products back in the condition they were sent, unworn and undamaged with original labels on. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless you are exchanging an item that is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.  Should the products be received damaged, worn or not in the condition sent, as mentioned, an exchange will be refused. We strongly advise to use a traceable method of shipment as we will not be responsible for claims of items lost or damaged in transit, and your exchange will regrettably be denied.Please contact us before sending the products back.

Refund for WholesaleOrder  (In Stock)

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.

Return, Exchange & Refund Process

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:

1. If your item is qualifed to be Return, Exchange & Refund, please contact our sales who responsible for your order. And let she/he know the reason for return (Please provide pictures and videos for damaged items)

2.Our customer service team or sales who responsible for your order will respond to your request within 24 hours.

3. After confirmation, please return the item to the return address we provided and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange refund or exchange as requested immediately.


Cancellation for WholesaleOrder (In Stock)

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us immediately once you decide to cancel the order.
For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
